EasyOHS - Main System Menu

The engine house of the EasyOHS is an easy to use software program that manages all aspects of your workplace safety. With easy to follow layouts and drop-down boxes to manage all your safety in one system.

Compliance - Know where you're at

Without taking a brutally honest assessment

of where you’re at with workplace safety, you won’t know what to do.  By using our rapid compliance assessment, you will get your compliance as a percentage ranking.

Policies and Procedures

Policies and procedures set out the

commitment, resources, strategy and

processes taken by a company to manage aspects of their occupational health and safety.

Inductions

Everybody that comes into your workplace to carry out work should be inducted. That includes staff, visitors, tradesmen and sub-contractors.

Toolbox Talks (Staff Meetings)

Consultation is the key to WHS/OH&S compliance. We say that over and over but it can't be stressed enough, without regular consultation WHS/OH&S compliance is impossible.

Risk Register

EasyOHS allows you to carry out a ‘risk assessment’ in all areas of your workplace. This is basically a way to record what hazards have been identified and how they are eliminated or controlled in such a way to prevent someone from being harmed.

Risk Calculator

EasyOHS has its own risk calculator which automatically calculates the risk level based on the consequence (outcome or impact of an event) x likelihood (how often it occurs over time).

I’m confused about SWP's, JSA's? You may have heard of Safe Work Procedures (SWPs), Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and various other terms. They're all available in EasyOHS.

Emergency Plan

Every workplace must have an Emergency Escape Plan. This plan must be displayed prominently in the workplace and it must contain information that is required by the OH&S rules.

Chemicals

This often neglected area of safety is very important.  Chemicals are one of those hidden dangers that can literally ‘explode’.

Manual Handling

If it's heavy ...

  • should you move it by yourself?

  • should you get another person to help?

  • should you use mechanical assistance?

Emergency Responses

If you are unfortunate enough to experience a real emergency in your workplace, what should you do? We all feel that we would be able to react correctly in that situation but when panic sets in we might make rash decisions that we wouldn't normally make in less stressful conditions.
