If it is a heavy or awkward item your OH&S responsibility is to complete a Manual Handling Risk Assessment.

 

 Just answer the questions on our Safe Manual Handling Checklist and you will easily complete your Risk Assessment and be able print out a hard copy to present to anyone involved in moving the item.
