Most EasyOHS documents are produced in colour. Do I need to have a colour printer?

No you don't.

With the cost of colour printing coming down all the time, most businesses will have access to a colour printer and our documents look great when printed in colour however, they will look just fine when printed with a monotone printer.

Depending on the printer it might be necessary to ensure that 'Gray Scale' printing is implemented.
