A 25-year old sub-contractor remains in a critical condition in hospital after a workplace accident in Brisbane yesterday.
He was crushed between a lift and a concrete beam on a construction site in Albert Street.
The site was shutdown yesterday and it is unclear when it will reopen.
The Builders Labourers Federation (BLF) says workers will discuss safety concerns.
Construction company Laing O'Rourke says it has a strong safety record.
