Worksafe Victoria has recently released a new version of an industry standard (first published in 2002), relating to practical guidance on safeguarding construction workers and the general public from electrocution and electric shock on construction site.
The revision was undertaken on behalf of Foundations for Safety Victoria working group to be consistent with AS/NZS 3012 Electrical Installations – Construction and demolition sites and following changes to occupational health and safety (OHS) and electricity safety legislation.
